Sofia is a professional culinary educator with over fifteen years of experience in plant-based cooking. She studied Mediterranean cuisine in Italy and spent years exploring traditional Greek cooking techniques. Sofia designs all our class curricula and leads our hands-on professional cooking sessions. Her teaching philosophy centers on demystifying kitchen techniques and building student confidence through practice and real-world application. When not teaching, she develops recipes that celebrate seasonal produce.
